I can't save changes in published joomla theme

Hi. I'm working on a site published in joomla, but I can't save changes on my templete. Constantly I recieve the message: Server error, server is unavailable.

Hello,

Please follow these steps:
1) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'

2) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).

3) Reload your Themler Editor.

4) Try to save the theme and let us know the result.

Yesterday I did this because I found the answer in other user post, but It didn't worked. Today I even can't find the site on the AppCache.

Were there any changes on the site before this issue started?
Like any new plugin installed or maybe server was updated with any new security rules?
