Admin menu: themler part mega menu shown twice since WP 5.4.1

Hi,

since WP 5.4.1 the themler mega menu section in a menu item in backend is displayed twice.
Tried without any plugins activated but wp and themler theme. This issue is within all of our websites.
How to remove that?
By the way: why are mega menu options displayed even though in theme only single level menu is activated??
