You mean you have purchased here http://www.artisteer.com/?p=purchase ? If so, you need to contact Artisteer support directly and ask for the refund.

I would like to refund Themler on this site instead. Artisteer offers a Themler code, so it is this purchase I need to refund.

Ok. But Themler goes with Artisteer as well, and since Artisteer is no longer developed I would recommend keeping subscription here, to have access to support when needed. Artisteer support is on a different system and it may at some point cease.
