I'm getting a message "Sorry, an error has occured. Please contact support..." when changing from WP admin to Themler UI.
I already downloaded the theme from WP admin UI, loaded it into the locally installed Themler app and exported it as ZIP (without changes). I imported that ZIP file in WP admin, switched to this new theme, but still the same issue.

My website simply does not show up - it remains blank. No HTTP errors are shown by the browser at all.

What can I do? I have no experiences with Themler. The theme has been made by somebody else I can't ask anymore for support.

Hello,

When you have imported the theme in Themler desktop, have you updated it to the latest Themler version after this? This can be done by opening the theme in Themler and pressing Updates (1) on the top. Then please repeat the procedure with export and installing the theme on your website.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Thanks for your reply but I can't see any Updates button/function on the top... can you send me a screenshot?
BTW, I'm running Themler v.499

Still no luck. I'm now on v.502 and after the update, I reexported the theme from the Themler app and imported it into the WP admin / Themes UI and activated this new version. The page still does not show up (just nothing happens when I navigate to it). In the Themler app the preview is working properly...

My hoster is Netsons, and the website is run on PHP 7.3 (ea-php73).

What can I do?

After having imported the theme into WP, I also cleared the cache.

Hello,

If you are using Google Chrome, try this:
1) navigate to:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'
2) navigate to:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).
3) Reload your Themler Editor.
Some users have reported that complete re-install of Google Chrome solved the issue.

If you are using the Desktop version, then:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again
