Have you tried disabling the animation and enabling it back?
Do you have any other plugins installed on the site that work with animation? If you do, try disabling them.

What do you mean with "The sire requires htaccess login details."Sorry, I think last time I tried opening the site, it required the login details. Now it works (or maybe it was my mistake last time).
I checked the section Services and the animation works like this: sections float up first row, then second row. What was the intention? What type of animation have you applied to it?
