How can i design a mega submenu in a box with an image like the green box that opens when I click on lifestyle in the attached image.

Hello,

Unfortunately it is not possible, to add another control inside the megamenu at the moment. You may consider using some background, that may play a similar role. Here is the article to learn more about Megamenu:
