Hello,

Could you please update Themler to v505? Make sure you have all plugins disabled.

In order to open the theme for the update you need to either downgrade PHP version or copy theme folder via FTP from the server, open it with Themler Desktop and update there.

Hi,

When i downgrade PHP lower than 7.0 website is not working at all and can't access themler and joomla admin panel. How can i update it via Desktop version ?

It may be that the error is related to one of the plugins that you have. Could you please disable all components on the site except Themler?

Other users had problems with PHP 7.3 and 7.4, but 7-7.2 should be working fine even with Themler 499 or 502.

Could you please also re-attach the image with the error, it hasn't come through in your first message?
