It seems my themler desktop does not start correctly. It brings me to a wordpress admin page instead of the themler editor.

Can you please help me?

Kind regards,
Michel van der Burg

Hello,

Please try the following:
1. Open WP admin panel with this link in your browser (Chrome or Firefox):
http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/wordpress/wp-admin
where XXXXXXXXXX is a number in the path C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_XXXXXXXXXX\
2. If necessary, log in with admin/admin.
3. Open Appearance >> Themes and activate another theme that is present in the themes list (not the one that you have the issues with).
4. In Themler desktop press F5 to refresh.
This can help.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Hi Nettie,

I have followed your advice, but it does seems it does not solve the issue.

When i startup Themler Desktop, it initiates the debugger.

Kind regards
Michel

Hello Michel,

Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\wordpress.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.io, install it and try to start with Themler for Wordpress and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie
