Hello I have downloaded themler for Mac on the site
I reinstall it, on my mac.
But the version remains V3.19 on your site the version is
Themler Beta v.466 Update (01-August-2018)
My question is, is the version I installed up to date for my MAC:
Here are the characteristics of the mac:
MacOs CATALINA Version 10.15.6
Could you tell me where I can download the latest version.

Do you mean that the version of the installation file itself?
V466 is the version for the themes. What version do you see for a blank theme here:

If your theme is made with version 319, it will be opened as 319 as well, but you should see the update button on top. You should also enable Get Beta Updates under your account on our site:

could you give me the latest version for

The version I have is: Themler.1.0.319.fe25b for mac
is such the good one. I do not have an update in red in the application

Please feel free to download Themler for Mac, but then also after opening a theme update it using Updates sign on the top.

Touhello I was able to install it on my mac but when I click on updates I get a server error message, server is unavailable, retry or cancel

Hello,

For Themler for Mac please try completely uninstalling Themler and also remove Themler folder from the Mac library. Then temporarily disable antivirus and firewall, download and install Themler for Mac anew. Please make sure to backup all the created themes before this, if there are any.

For Themler for Windows please try the following:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\wordpress.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.io, install it and try to start with Themler for any CMS and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

Hello,

It can be some anivirus, or firewall, proxy or VPN or some add-on for Safari browser on your Mac computer, that prevents Themler from accessing the servers. Please try to exclude these reasons as they seem to be the point.

Hello,

Could you please try the following:
1. Disable the option "Prevent cross-data tracking" in Safari browser:

2. Reboot the computer.
3. Run Themler for Mac and log in.
4. Try to save and export the theme and let us know the result.

Hello,

As far as I see from your screenshot, Themler starts without any issues, but the update doesn't appear on the top. It doesn't have to do with the SQL server. Have you installed the latest Themler for Mac version from our website?

This is the latest version of the application. Could you please try importing any newest Themler theme in Themler for Mac and let us know if there are any issues? For example, the latest version of default Themler theme for Joomla that is attached here?
