Hallo.
Ich kann Online kein einziges Template mehr bearbeiten. Es erscheint nur noch eine weisse Seite. auf all meinen erstellten Templates.

We are sorry for the issue and will fix it ASAP. Could you please try to switch temporary to http instead of https and also switch off https for the website?

Hello,

same issue here after update Wordpress to WP 5.4.2. (Themler Version: 1.0.538)
A blank white page is shown. I tried some of the solutions for WP 4.3 and others - nothing worked.
Another 10 sites are awaiting ... all online and not possible to change SSL (http <-> https).

It would be great if there wouldn't always be that chaos when updating WP - maybe a simple (!) solution posted for everyone?

Please help!

Hello, it's me again.

This time it's a Joomla 3.9.20 with Themler <creationdate>2020-06-17</creationdate> (no version to be found).

I have two different templates. The template for some pages works fine and I can open themler for it.
The other one (the standard temple) shows a blank page when I try to open it in safari. In chrome and firefox there is a blank page but with the additional message " Sorry, an error has occurred. Please clear your browser cache. ".

Just a little strange question ... I know that's dirty but could I just double the working template and add the css files (maybe others too?) from the not working one to the duplicate?

Could you please specify what happened before the template in question stopped working? For example, Joomla update, or PHP update, some plugin etc.
