Images in the header

In Artisteer, I put the phone number in the header as an image twice. The first copy linked to "Contact Us" and was set to display in desktop, and tablet. The second linked to tel:XXXXXXXXXXXX and was set to show in mobile only.

How is this accomplished in Themler?

OK. So those icons control the display on various devices just like the dropdown does in Artisteer? Cool - let me try that. Thanks.
