When trying to edit our template in Joomla we keep getting this even after clearing our browser cache:
Sorry, an error has occurred. Please clear your browser cache.
I see this in the backend

We recently repaid for Themler. PHP version 7.3.23. Joomla version, 3.9.22.
How do we fix?
