good day

on our website we need to ghange afew thing but our website designer says we cant do the changes because of themeler is asking to login

they have a paid account they say they must do the changes for a fee of course 650.00

is there away we can do it

Hello,

If I understand correctly, the changes need to be done using expired subscription, correct?

You can open this theme in Themler desktop, make changes and export using same version the theme was made with. Login is requires anyway, because subscription (even if it is expired) is linked to login details.

Hello,

No, the website is not tied to a specific account. Yes, you can log out and then log in to edit the same theme with a different account.
