Please try the following.
1. Open http://themler.io/purchase and you will see on the top your expired subscription
2. Click "Upgrade" button next to it.
3. You will see the price for upgrade for your subscription.

No, I don't want to upgrade, but just renew my version which expires in 15 days

You can follow same steps as Nettie has provided, your current version will have discounted price there in the Pricing table. But it will be visible only in 15 days.
