Stupid!

Fill in the background colour of the menu when you are in the first responsive view you are using it on, and suddenly, everything is in front!

Thank you for letting us know the result.

Though I must notice that there were cases when the menu was under article content. When this is the issue, we recommend setting high z-index for the menu and all its parent elements (container, section and header).
