I would be very appreciated if somebody can tell me the easiest way how to cover column with hover box. There is no way I can place on the top of column.

Hello Boris,

Unfortunately, your attachment hasn't come through.
But in general Themler has a separate control called "Hover Box" that comes with over and back slide:
