
This is the one millionth time i am encountering this issue. I have told myself a million times, I am going to stop using themler and never bother to buy any of your products again but somehow, I find myself having to make a few changes to themes once in a while.
I have just bought new subscription but none of my themes will open because I keep getting the error that
Themeler is opened in another tab
. Even when I close all existing tabs on the browser and is just left with one. This issue has been arround for since 2018 If I remember well but has still not been solved.
The error that pops up says it is going to close this current tab since themeler is opened in another.
My question is, why don't you instruct your program to shut themler down in the already opened tab rather. So the new opened tab can remain active.
2nd Question is How can I really fix this problem because none of your suggested solutions work.
1. Changing Password = no luck.
2. Clearing cache = no luck
4. Clearing appcache-internals =no luck.
5. Clearing all cache on my serever = no luck.
6. Changing browsers = no luck
7. incognito - tab = no luck.
Please fix this for me in the next 24hours or please refund my latest subscription back to my paypal account.
