define custom grid layout

Hello,

The big image can be added as a section background. It should be possible to make the section overlap the section above it, or just use colored background image with white stripe on top. Do you have any current version of the design?

I got so angry I deleted it all :)

The overlap to the section above (header) worked.
The overlap to the section under seems not possible. It stretches the background.

I am sure we can try different settings and find correct combination, I just need the theme to test on (because elements can be added in a different way to the theme and settings may differ, thus, I need your theme). If you decide to start over, please, feel free to share the theme in progress.
