I have some quick method to solve the problem. Maybe it isn't nice practic but it works! Simply add this code to CSS file: #cloud-zoom-big,.mousetrap {display:none;}
Client don't see it and everyone are happy.

Works great for desktop But can it be disabled on mobile devices? otherwise thumbs wont be displayed once clicked,

I understand your disappointment, but writing in each case related to this question won't help. We still do not have this feature in our nearest plans and we won't give any possible date. Sorry for the issue, but you have tested Themler and you know about how the product image zoom works.

Frankly Themler is a good product

BUT

Some fairly features take a long time to be deployed, the request for this topic dates from 2015 and it is still not done !!! Several people, including myself, want to be able to choose how the product image will be displayed

You say that this is going to be done you never give any date, we do not know what to stick with, it's really very problematic.

When you announce a new option it can take several years before it is done, we can not work seriously under these conditions

Please give us a calendar of tasks and try to stick to it

Amen!!! I second this. Elementor is allowing people to create themes now. I think your developers really need to listen to what the users need. Elementor gives people what they want. We use this in the real world. I have a huge site now that must be use outside Themler. I spent 20 hours building. Our client is upset with the display of the product images. This issue was brought in 2015. Going to be forced to rewrite this entire site in Elementor. I'm not happy right now.

we do have the internal plan for different time frames. However they are for internal use only. From time to time we announce the new main features, but right now it's not in our plans to provide public plan. However we'll keep your suggestion in mind. Thank you

Unfortunately this feature is not implemented yet.
The other plugins may not work because Themler theme uses own product image structure.
If you familiar with coding you can try to output regular product image by code inside the CMS Code control (Insert tab >> More) instead of using Themler Product Image control. This may help.
Please note that in this case you will not be able to edit this image in Themler and Product thimbles control will not work with it too.

Any progress with this request? Several Clients do not like the zoom feature

This feature is in the to do list but it has low proprity. Unfortunately there are no news at this time.

Strange, it works in Themler default Products but not when I upload my images.

Changed images and works now. Seems as they was not big enough for zoom.

Zoom is removed in WooCommerce --> Settings --> Products --> Display -- at bottom activate Lightbox.

I am very sorry. I see now both are active.

How do you get zoom ?

I have just one option in WooCommerce settings, to activate Lightbox. Themler Lightbox without slide, not very usable.
When activated it starts Lightbox clicking on thumbnails.

But zoom I dont have, when this option is activated or deactivated.

Any progress with this request? Several Clients do not like the zoom feature
