Hello,

I need help,
I want to insert a link to a specific place on my page.
From a button, an image or even a text in a section to go to another section of the same page.
I am using Joomla.

can we reduce the scrolling speed?

Yes, under Extensions -> Smooth Scroll click on the arrow. Make the value bigger to have the scroll slower:
