Hello,

I've been watching the evolution of Nice Page for a while and have a hard time understanding the difference in approach with Themler.

I think I understood correctly that it is possible with Nice Page to edit all its content and to make complex layouts. Concretely, the editing of articles no longer happens in Joomla but in Nice Page.

What I do not understand with Nice Page is the concept of Template. Does Nice Page behave like Themler with the concept of Home, Page, Blog, Default views? How to manage module positions in Nice Page. It is possible to make fine customization per page but is it possible to quickly standardize several pages.

I would like to understand what are the major differences between Nice Page and Themler. What I lose from Themler so switches to Nice Page. Should I use Themler and Nice Page together?

Thank you for your advice.

Regards,

Pierre

Hello Pierre,

Nicepage is positioned as mode user friendly tool. Many Themler users were requesting the simpler design tool and the content editor.
You need to contact Nicepage support directly to verify those questions https://nicepage.com/Forum/Topic/Create Support there is familiar with both products - Themler and Nicepage, so I am sure they will be helpful.

Many users use Themler and Nicepage together: they edit content in Nicepage while template design is taken from Themler. But this is mostly the case when a user had an existing design in Themler and decided to switch to Nicepage.

I tried Nicepage, it was NOT user friendly. It's almost as complicated as Themler. I'd stop telling everyone that was the goal and just be honest.
