Artisteer license expired!

Hello dear!
My Artisteer license just expired today, am I not able to use Themler to export my joomla created templates? I can still use my Artisteer to export my themes.

Could you guys please make it clear if Themler is just available for active licenses users, not everyone who already have expired license and using their Artisteer softwares.

Themler should also be like Artisteer, be used and not be upgraded for expired license.

Hello Maaz,
the latest Artisteer updated had been released before your Artisteer license expired. So you may download and install this version
http://files4.artisteer.com/Artisteer.4.3.0.60858.exe
It includes export option to Themler WP and Joomla themes. So you may export Themler Joomla themes.

As for Themler, I see that you have got the Themler Business Subscription for free at July 29, 2015. So this subscription expires at July 29, 2016. It means that all Themler updates which will be released withing this year are free for you.

I think there is an misunderstanding here.
Could you please check it out for me, its too complicated.

Sorry for the confusion.
Your Themler Business subscription has expired with your Artisteer SN at August 15, 2015.

But I am not able to use my themler, its asking me to get a joomla license to export it.

The expired subscription does not allow to update Themler. But you should be able to save themes.
As I understand you were not able to save theme, right? Our developers will check this issue. In the meantime we extended your Themler subscription for 2 weeks(until August 29, 2015).

But as Aileen told me, everyone got 1 years subscription not 2 months.

In my invoices Page I can see Themler 1 year subscription with free updates. So I should get my free Themler subscription until 29 July 2016 with all updates. Thats as you guys promised.

Maybe that confused you a bit. But when you have entered the Artisteer license key in the Themler purchase page and have chosen the Themler subscription, there definitely was the note that this subscription will be valid till August 15, 2015. As when users do get Themler using the Artisteer license, the Themler subscription is approved automatically till the day your Artisteer license expires. So basically, if your Artisteer license was valid for more than a year on the moment of payment, the Themler subscription will be valid also till that day.

Our developers will look into your subscription to see why the save option is not working now as the subscription has expired.
