ERROR: I cannot upload Themler with my new theme in Wordpress

Hello, I recently finished building a website on my working domain. I exported the project and tried to upload to the correct domain with a clean Wordpress. I can't install it. A plug-in error appears. What's happening? So far I have had no problems loading the plugin.

What error do you see?
Do you use Themler v517?
Are there any 3rd party plugins in your WP?
