Theme export to zip - not commonly downloaded

Hi

I'm trying to export my theme but I'm getting the message.

theme-export.JPG

When I look at the file it's downloaded it is a CR download file.

Any ideas?

I switched browsers from Chrome to Firefox and it worked.

Hello,

Please try to export the theme with other browsers like Chrome/Firefox. Please make sure there is no browser add-on or CMS plugin, antivirus, firewall or other third-party program that interferes into the download process.

I tried a clean install and got the same issue.
I tried on a different site and couldn't access the theme. When I clicked on the install plugins I got

Any ideas?
