smooth scrolling with absolute path

Hi, I need, for some items of the main menu of my joomla website, to set the smooth scroolling using a link with an absolute path (eg: http://www.mywebsite.com/index.php#target and not only #target) because the main menu is also displayed on other pages. The link menu works but if I insert the absolute link the smooth effect does not work, what can I do to solve the problem?

Hello Massimiliano,

Smooth scrolling doesn't work with full URL, this is true but it is not a bug as it is. It just doesn't support full URLs, at least not this implementation of smooth scrolling.
Such feature was already asked for and is added to the wish-list.

themler is a great software. I use it for both joomla and wordpress websites, however it has some shortcomings that are not solved and / or improved in a short time by the development team.

In my opinion if you improved this aspect, themler would be at the top among the software of its kind and I personally would also be willing to pay more for the license if this happens
