I don't have a menu on the other pages than on the front page, how can I enable it on all pages ?

Hello Stefan,

You need to check that your menu was added to all templates in Themler (to Page, Post, etc):

Themler tells me I should add a menu module in the 'hmenu' position, but I already did that, see attached files.

Please also make sure the module is assigned to all necessary pages in Joomla backend.
