Joomla 3.9.27 Admin Tools 6.06

Since the last Update from Admintools it ist no longer possible to edit my Template.
When i click the "Edit Template" i get the message: You don't have permission to access this resource.

Anyone an idea what and where i have to write in Admintools, so that I can edit the template again?

Hello,

Unfortunately we haven't got specific instruction as for AdminTools, but in general, as it affects permissions, please check read and write permission on these folders and files in these folders:

root/templates
root/plugins
root/tmp

Alternatively you may also temporarily disable AdminTools while editing the theme in Themler. Another way is to use Themler desktop or Joomla on some localhost with Themler.

Sincerely,
Nettie

I am Also having issues with My previously working templates not working in Joomla 3.9.27!
I completely uninstalled Admin Tools and check permissions for Templates, Plugins, and tmp, they were all set correctly.
Please advise further as to what might be wrong. Getting blank white screen when trying to edit any template created with themler.

Hi, after Update Admin Tools you get this Message from AdminTools:
" admin Tools detected that your server configuration file (ie .htaccess, nginx.conf or web.config) has been modified. We strongly suggest you to put any manual edit inside the Custom rules fields, so you won't lose them if you ever regenerate the file using Admin Tools
Regenerate Ignore "

If you click "Ignore" then you have access to the templates again and can edit them
if you've already clicked "Regenerate", delete the file .htacces.admintools in Joomla Root and the Template editing will work again
Sincerely
J├╝rgen

I am having issues with My previously working templates not working in Joomla 3.9.27!
I have completely uninstalled Admin Tools and checked permissions for Templates, Plugins, and tmp, directories as advised on the forum previously, permissions were all set correctly. Also there was no, .htacces.admintools in Joomla Root
I am getting blank white screen when trying to edit any template created with themler. With Popup message to clear browser cache , which I have also done many times, the templates still do not function. I have also tried to create an new version of the template in Themler desktop and upload/ install zip to the website, also without success.

Please advise further as to what might be wrong and hopefully how to fix it.

Hello,

Could you please create a new private topic and provide there one theme from those in question, so that we could check it on our end.
The current theme version can be checked when you open it, click on ?(Help) symbol in top right corner >> About or just scroll to the bottom.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Bayern - go to admin tools - Web Application Firewall - Configure WAF - Cloaking tab and enable "Allow site templates"
Save and close.
That's all

pdg.design,

Thanks for sharing the solution. We are glad to report that the customer has resolved the issue by finding the plugin that caused it and commenting out the problem line (found by Joomla's developer error checking).
So in this case it was probably caused by two reasons - this plugin and Admin Tools.

Sincerely,
Nettie
