Woocommerce 5.3.0 cannot be installed because there is a problem with prices for the last 3 weeks and nobody is doing anything about it. Please update Themler to the latest versions. Please do not abandon your support for Themler. That's why we pay for subscriptions every year to have the update as it is in the plan. There has been no update in a long time ... I have the feeling the product is abandoned. Once again, please fix the errors.

I also use Nicepage ... So I have a comparison that Nicepage is updated and Themler not ... I pay for 2 subscriptions therefore I would also like Themler to be developed. We have a lot of pages done on Themler ... and now we use both Nicepage and Themler.

Nicepage is a completely different product that will not replace Themler, for example when creating a theme for Woocoomerce. It's great when it comes to the content of the page ... and the template is Themler.

From the beginning of Themler, we buy a subscription. Therefore, we cannot imagine that you will abandon the Themler project. Take a look at all your Themler customers and their implementation of websites and stores. There are hundreds of sites and shops built on Themler ... We need support like you wrote for "for coming CMS versions, Ecommerce plugins' or PHP versions, as well as issue fixes," but not like now! You have to wait 2 months to switch to new versions, eg Woocommerce, because something is not working.

So true! I also designed more than 50 websites with Themler for my customers. It would be horrible if you drop the support and updates. Maybe it's an idea to post a roadmap to keep us informend.

Exactly

Hello,

Themler updates include mostly support for coming CMS versions, Ecommerce plugins' or PHP versions, as well as issue fixes, so they are issued not so often. The latest update was in March this year and is v.502 at the moment.

We suggest to evaluate our other product Nicepage at https://nicepage.com. Nicepage is actively developed and updates are issued often - from one to several times a month. New funcationality is added as well. If you like Nicepage, we can replace subscriptions for you.

Sincerely,
Nettie

I am asking for more frequent updates, because nothing has been updated for a long time ... There are also no new options, which I have already added to my wish list several times. Why do we users feel that Themler has been abandoned and that it is not developing?

Hello,

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The issue is already in work and the update with the fix is expected soon. Please follow the news on forum.

Meanwhile we would recommend to use a lower Woocommerce version or Themler desktop.

Sincerely,
Nettie
