Hello,

I am working now on joomla 3.5.9 with VirtueMart 3.8.6 and Themler 5.17. in Chrome.
Working not local, only on-line.

My theme has crashed with error ( Sorry, an error has occurred. Please clear your browser cache. )
and Themler not load.

Problem looks like very strange becouse, I have on this joomla 3 diferrent themes (Themler of'course).
First time when I installed first theme, Themler loads normally. When i saved project is't ok but in next time when I loaded themler has crashed.
And then when I chaged theme for diferrent instance, themler loaded normally, but when I saved and then reload themler, history repeats itself and Themler crashed with this error.
I did the same with instance of third theme. and the history repeats instelf once again.

  1. Clear cache not working for me.
  2. My php is now version 7.3 (problem checked with 7.0 - 7.4 so, php version doesn't metter with this problem)
  3. Checked in FireFox but still the same
  4. Disable all modules in Joomla but still the same
  5. Incognito mode (still the same)

I have no idea how can I solvet it, please help.

Hello,

Please try this way:
1. Copy the theme from the website via FTP
2. Zip-compress it
3. Import in Themler desktop
4. Update it to the latest Themler version. You may need to update Beta update notifications in your profile for this.
5. Export the theme under a different name
6. Install the theme in your CMS.
