Can't open Themler in Firefox, error: Only Chrome, Firefox and Safari are supported (Windows and Mac).

Hello,

Themler should work in Chrome as well, we made an update to the conflict in v80.
Open your theme with Themler desktop, update to version 520, reinstall and then try to open in FF and Chrome.

Hi,
same problem here with Themeler plugin für Joomla.
Since one or two weeks (cannot say it exactly) I cannot open a Themler template in Firefox (recent version).
Same error appears.
Open in Chrome or Edge is no problem.

I use Themler on various websites with Joomla.
And it's the same problem on any template/theme made with Themler in Firefox.

It works in Chrome though, right?

Try clearing cache in Firefox and delete all cookies related to your sites.

Hi Gina,

sorry for the delay. I was very busy in the last weeks.

Clearing cache and deleting all cookies didn't help.
My Firefox is the latest release. For the error message see attached file.

Meantime I work with Chrome and Edge, but Firefox works earlier, too.

Hello,

There can be various reasons, mainly, browser-related. Themler works in Firefox version that comes as default installation on their official website. Possibly, it is some developer edition, or other particular version etc.? Also a third-party browser add-on can be the reason. Please try temporarily disabling all browser add-ons and then clear browser cache to see if this helps.

Hi, I have the same issue. Displaying the same error as above.

It works OK in Chrome.

I have no 3rd party plugins enabled. I have deleted all cached data also.

Hello,

We are sorry for the issue, our developers are already working at it. It came with Firefox update v.102. In the meantime please use Chrome or Firefox older versions. I will let you know as soon as the issue is fixed.
