Hi,
I have a problem with one of my sites. The case is my host started to use PHP version 7.4, so I have a classic problem with shortcodes on line xxx (/plugins/content/themlercontent/lib/Shortcodes.php on line 2031).
I found an answer, which says, that updating theme to the latetst version solves the problem. Unfortunately editor was not included, so I can't uptdate anything in normal way. Is it possible to update the theme manually or export it and make the update using desktop version?
Thanks in advance for the answer :)

Hello,

Unfortunately, not, if the theme was exported without Themler editor included, it is not possible, to add it back. However if you have created the theme initially in Themler desktop, it is possible to find the themes at the location like C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\joomla

Sincerely,
Nettie

And here comes the problem - the theme was created by someone else. It is impossible to find any copy. Site is good, there is no need to rebuild it - it requires just an update.
As far as I know, the problem is worth considering, because I heard that this is not a single case.

Hello,

Sorry but updating theme to the latest Themler version without Themler editor is not possible. The only solution in this case would be to use a lower PHP version if it worked with it.

Sincerely,
Nettie
