Themler launch issue

Bonjour j'ai de nouveau des probleme avec themler, quend je le lance sur mon mac voici l'erreur:
MAC OS Big Sur version 11.4

Permissions du serveur
Unable to remove the folder: /Users/pcosta/Library/Themler/hd_data/cms/joomla/templates/nhpi_11/editor/themes//Untitled/untitled/editor/data/images
Insufficient permissions.

The theme cannot be edited. Please make sure that the user and group running web server is granted the appropriate read, write and execute(linux only) permissions on the following folders. As well as read and write permission on the files in these folders:

/Users/pcosta/Library/Themler/hd_data/cms/joomla/administrator/templates
/Users/pcosta/Library/Themler/hd_data/cms/joomla/templates
/Users/pcosta/Library/Themler/hd_data/cms/joomla/language
/Users/pcosta/Library/Themler/hd_data/cms/joomla/plugins/content
/Users/pcosta/Library/Themler/hd_data/cms/joomla/plugins/editors-xtd
/Users/pcosta/Library/Themler/hd_data/cms/joomla/tmp
How to do this for MacOS or Linux systems:

login ssh/terminal under privileged user, get sufficient access rights if need using sudo or su to make next changes
cd /Users/pcosta/Library/Themler/hd_data/cms/joomla
chmod -R u=rwX,g=rX folder_name
For example: chmod -R u=rwX,g=rX app/code/local
chown -R <user>:<group> folder_name
For example: chown -R apache:apache app/code/local
Note: It is general approach. We would recommend that you ask your hosting administrator to grant access permissions for listed folders and files.

Hello,

The issue with permissions indicates that there are not enough rights to read/write to the folder /Themler in the Library, or any of its subfolders and files in them. Please check the permissions. It is also possible that some third-party program like antivirus or firewall doesn't let Themler write in these folders.

Hello, thank you for your answer, themler is able to open, May now I have another problem. he must update and there he puts an error:
error server, unavialable server
see attached piece.
The default template version is V.178 too old.
do you have a more recent downloadable version?

I have cleared the Safari log but still the same problem.
The problem does not arise when I choose Wordpres.

Hello Pascal,

Please make sure to backup all the created themes from the folder on your computer, the path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS. Or click Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS and access the themes folder. Please try completely uninstalling Themler and also remove Themler folder from the Mac Library. Then temporarily disable antivirus and firewall, download and install Themler for Mac anew.

Thanks for your help it works again.
But now there is another problem:

I am well connected and I can save, export, etc. my template.

But when I want to apply an image from clipart Billon photos, the logine password window appears and closes instantaneously and permanently therefore impossible to identify me.
I must force to quit

Hello Pascal,
Does it work if you upload an image from the local drive?

Could you please try the following:
1. Disable the option "Prevent cross-data tracking" in Safari browser:

2. Reboot the computer.
3. Run Themler for Mac and log in.

Hello, Yes it works with a locally downloaded image.
I have correctly deactivate the option "Prevent cross-data tracking" in the Safari browser:
