Hello,

Themler supports the latest PHP version. So just install Themler theme on your website with the needed PHP version or on some localhost with CMS.
If you work with Themler desktop, it is not recommended to update CMS or PHP there. Just export the theme when it is ready and use it on your website later. Please make sure to upate the theme in Themler desktop to the latest Themler version.
