logging in wp within themler

when clicking the WP admin panel button within Themler,.....I need to "Login" the wp sample and don't know username or password to login, I see its on localhost.........what can I do

ok,.. thak you. That fixes that, Now how can I update the WP Sample to current wp. It says I can't update cause it requires php version 5.6 and says I am running php version 5.4 .

Id like to build current. My localhost runs php 7.4 as does my web hosting account.

The playground for Wordpress doesn't support latest version since it is still using PHP 5.
If you already have a localhost and a WP site on it, you should switch to it.
Export a theme from Themler to WP format, upload to your local host and then you will see Themler icon in the admin bar. From there you can start Themler and edit the template.
