In this case it's strange to suggest PRO plan with outdated CMS support. PrestaShop 1.5.x-1.6.x not support PHP 7.4, and PHP 7.3 will end security updates in December 2021. Isn't?

Unfortunately the latest versions of Prestashop 1.7.x are not supported at the moment. We recommend either to use older Prestashop versions or 1.5-1.6 that are fully supported, or consider using other CMS with Themler. We have plans to support the latest Prestashop 1.7.x but cannot say that it will be in the nearest future.
We are more concentrated on supporting Joomla and Wordpress at the moment and thus don't actively update Prestashop. We will let us know if there are any news.
