When I want to change ONE thing in a text box, it changes everything!

When I want to change ONE thing in a text box, It changes all of the text that I DON'T want changed. I thought I could get around this by making every single thing a separate text box, but now it has started changing other text boxes in the same container. Is there a way to stop this as it is infuriating? I purchased Themler for an easy to use builder not so I could take hours just trying to format a simple piece of text.

Also, why is the "Themler Answers" the only way to get assistance? It is as frustrating as the rest of the product. We should not STILL be having these issues after so many years.

Hello Wendy,

The text in a single text box has a single side, indeed, but using different text boxes should have allowed you changing the styles. Could you please specify how exactly you want to change the styling so I could help?

It's obviously a glitch as I am finding I can work around the issue if I totally log out of Themler and log back in each time I save a line of text. This is annoying and shouldn't happen, but at least I can complete my task.

If you are working in a browser based version and there is any cache plugin enabled in your system (site), try disabling it.
Otherwise, I will report this to the developers.
