Hello,

The price for Themler subscription includes one year free updates:
http://themler.io/Purchase
After this you may extend your subscription or not. Themler can be used after the subscription has expired. This only includes Themler versions which were released before the subscription expired. Any updates after the subscription expiration date need subscription upgrade.

Sincerely,
Nettie
