Hi

Is there a way of obtaining a refund. The site mentions Drupal so I downloaded the Pro license, Then when I try and export it says I also need a Drupal license. When the import did not work on the site I see you do not support Drupal 8 or 9. So two licenses for nothing.

Themler supports Drupal 8 in Beta. Please make sure to follow te steps to install Themler theme for Drupal: https://answers.themler.io/articles/105138/drupal-8

Indeed, Themler for Drupal is a separate subscription and for it minimum Themler Personal is needed. I see that you purchased Themler Business - if you don't use other CMS's, we could convert it into Personal but extend the time period.

I have tried the various FAQs. I am using the desktop client and exported the file but "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later." appears.

How I miss Artisteer. So easy to use.

How do I apply for a refund? I can't see an obvious link?

Hello,

I will ask our Sales department about the refund. Is Drupal the only CMS you use? If you use also another CMS, we could convert you subscriptions into another one. Also you may consider another product Nicepage - it is currently for Joomla, Wordpress and HTML. If you are interested, we could change the subscription.

Hi

I tried Joomla but both hosts are having issues with version 4. Drupal is being used as authors find it easiest to enter content for.

I look forward to hearing from Sale re refund.
