I already had several problems logging into Themler. Sometimes I was logged off in the middle of work

We are sorry, it should have been a temporary issue. Could you please try now?

If the issue is still present, could you please try these steps:

1) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'

2) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).

3) Reload your Themler Editor.

Hello,

many thanks for your response.

The problem exists with Firefox.
I've tried everything too. Clear cache etc. does not work. The problem also exists when I try to log in here on this site.
Only the support section works.

Yes, same here: No login with firefox! "Cookies must be allowed", but everything is allowed.
Hope, that will be fixed, soon.

is there any news on the solution of the problem?

It is not possible to log in and for this reason it is not possible to work on websites that are being developed or modified.
I currently have 4 new projects open and this problem causes me delivery delays.
I await your updates.

The issue should be fixed soon. Meanwhile please consider using a previous Firefox version (v.95) or Chrome (if the issue is present in Chrome, please log out of Google account and clear browser cache).
