Joomla content no longer editable

Dear Support,

I face a big issue. I have almost finished a website, using Themler and Themler only, and when puttin the website live, I noticed a day later, that there is one mistake and have to change some content (columns order has to be changed).

However, opening THEMLER I cannot edit ANY content. What is causing this?

The only thing I can think of that I changed was changing in the Joomla Global Configuration the URL Rewriting. Is that what has triggered the issue?

Any idea? This is not good, and content will always change hence I need to be able to edit content in THEMLER (no, I do not open articles in Joomla or save it in there - I only do this in Themler).

Hello Oliver,

As log as an article is updated in Joomla, its content becomes a single html section for Themler and from that point it is editable only in Joomla admin panel.
Any edits to an article trigger this. I wasn't sure if setting the URL Rewriting would do the same, but anyway, now we can edit the columns order in Joomla only, We can help with that if you provide the requirements.

So really, what you are saying that ideally, one only creates an articel in Joomla, and never again opens that ever again to make sure this is not blocking any future design changes in Themler? Wow, that is quite something that would have been great to know earlier.

So really the only way to enable Themler Editing again, is loading an backup with Themler, including content, or will this not work and I have to start from scratch?

The website I am working on, will have more changes then just the columns in the coming weeks. I appreciate your offer to help, but dont think this is workable longterm. I need to be able to change the design in Themler.

Hi. I have same problem,
I can not to edit many pages was created by Themler . All elements on the page cannot be marked by mouse. I can to mark only Post content. And this articles was not opened in Joomla native editor,
Any solution?

Dear Support - any suggestions here? I am under pressure as the website had to go live, and I need to make changes to the website. Please propose any workaround for this situation. Is it possible to export / import from Themler etc.

This is not good. Really love this tool, but this bug is not acceptable.
