formattingIssue.jpg
Hi, I have added some text and an image in a section and for some reason after using z-index to put the picture behind the text I have been unable to remove the image. I tried putting the text behind the image using z-index to remove the image but that just made both un-editable.

could you explain where to find this in the css or another fix visually using themler?

TIA

Dom

I managed to remove the text by rolling back a bit. but the image remains! How do I find the code in the themler folder structure to remove the code that is holding the image there? I am using the newest joomla 3.x on php 7.4 and I am quite proficient with it usually. How ever I can not find the code to remove this image anywhere. usually I would find it in the template.css or another css file but not in this instance. Could an admin look into this please?

Hi Gina, the image is actually all those dots(its a transparent image) and the text is all the text that is visible.

I can't link you to the page as it's on localhost as you can see in the image.

I am unable to select the image in themler.

Hi again, I have found the offending code. it appears the image has been coded into the html on page load, i have attached an image of the problematic image.

It appears it is in it's own section?

Can you help me removing it please?

So I got bored waiting for the themler staff to reply and fixed the issue myself. it turns out there were 3 css classes that had been defined for the image. these and the image itself had to be deleted for themler to no longer recognise the problem image.
