Edit Template button disabled

Hello,

I exported a Joomla 4 template and imported in a site. Template is working but the Edit Template button is disabled.

In the original (export) site the button is enabled. There is only 1 themler template in the site.

How to solve?

Total rubbish, it's now a year later and the issue still persists. Themler does not work with Joomla 4, despite their claim otherwise.

Why do i still have websites with themler? Themler is still stuck in 2015 and hasnt been developed or improved since. Russia has invaded Ukraine twice since this platform was any good. []

Hello Michel,

Looks like the only workaround for now is to install a blank new theme and edit it without export import right on the website. The next version with the fixes is expected soon, but we haven't got more exact information from developers yet. But I will update this topic when there are any news.

Looks like the issue is reproducible for previously edited themes too. It is reported to developers and will be fixed in the future update.

I have only 1 Themler theme installed, so there is no second?

This is a known issue for second and subsequent themes. The button will work for the first one only. The issue will be fixed in the future update.
