We have set up additional users who are not admin users. The Themler menu is not displayed to the user. Even if he is made an administrator.
Everything works for the "old" user.

You may not see the Themler admin Menu if you disabled Theme Editor for all users in the WP wp-config.php file by adding the following line:
define('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true);
Please change true value to false.

It is recommended, to have admin rights to edit with Themler. If the issue is still present, please refer to this article:

Oh I think, it wasn't specific enough.
The item "Themler" at wordpress admin menu isn't available.
If I use the direct link, copied after login with an other user (Superadmin), I get the failure message...

The issue looks to be related to access levels on hte website. Is it reproducible if you use a non-Themler theme?
