No Support from Themler

I have asked questions from support dating back to beginning of January and they don't even bother to acknowledge or respond.

I am disgusted that I paid for my subs for another year. NEVER AGAIN!

Don't bother paying if you are expecting support from this company. I have used them for years but I am no longer interested.

Thank you Themler for wasting my money in a day an age where every single small business or person is trying to recover after worldwide lockdowns and business loss.

You can get fast answer here: https://nicepage.com/forum - all support team there.... it's forum from other software, but team the same and seems there is no other way to get answer, only write on Nicepage forum all questions regarding Themler.

Sure, duplication is not good. Same as few weeks without answers. My suggestion is not duplication, but asking directly on Nicepage, as there is really fast answers.

Maybe better to move Themler forum to Nicepage? As Artisteer customers ask question on Themler forum.

So for quick response for now is better to ask on Nicepage directly, bypass Themler... is it right solution or not? Or what need to do those customers who pay you each year and can't get answer by days and weeks?

Check out what your customers talk: Completely lacking support! Completely missing updates. Completely disrespectful. Here's how Themler's Team responds to my submissions. - just one example of many. After all of that, after all years you just write that you will block customers for duplication... instead of make support and bring updates. Is it honest?

Please respect your customers (and they time) with understanding and respect. For now it's looks that you don't do it and this topic is proof of that. Please think about it before you start blocking.

Joomla 4 Themler template still not usable after half year of Themler Joomla 4 Beta release (and 1.5 year after Joomla 4.0 first beta).

We have used your products for many years, but due to lack of updates and communication have had to go elsewhere for new sites. That said, we still have over 30 client sites on Themler that need to be supported. When you posted the Joomla 4 Beta in November 2021 we were optimistic, but that optimism has since dried up. All these people posting are probably only a small fraction of the customers you have upset. With PHP 7.4 reaching end of life later this year, it puts many of us in a very difficult situation.

We need you to communicate honestly and transparent about the status of (or lack of) development. If there are going to be delays, offer extensions on subscriptions. Its not fair to expect customers to renew when it is not clear if the updates will ever actually happen.

The main reason of Subscription is updating themes to newest version, right? How much updates can we get per year for active subscription? I mean... can it be that after J4 Theme release and new buying new subscription there can be no updates during next year? Or updates will be each month?
