Sure, duplication is not good. Same as few weeks without answers. My suggestion is not duplication, but asking directly on Nicepage, as there is really fast answers.
Maybe better to move Themler forum to Nicepage? As Artisteer customers ask question on Themler forum.
So for quick response for now is better to ask on Nicepage directly, bypass Themler... is it right solution or not? Or what need to do those customers who pay you each year and can't get answer by days and weeks?

Please respect your customers (and they time) with understanding and respect. For now it's looks that you don't do it and this topic is proof of that. Please think about it before you start blocking.
