Joomla not working on Themler

Hi,

Could you please try to rename the following folder into joomla-old and try to run Themler once again:

C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\joomla

By the way, you may use Themler on your website or on a localhost without uninstalling Themler desktop. Just close it tempoarily and log in in Themler on the installed theme.

I can't find a Joomla folder directly under the Themler folder. Do you mean in the CMS folder and the zipped Joomla file?

I mean the CMS folder itself. Please make sure you follow the path:
...Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\joomla
XXXXXXXXXX are individual numbers.
And yes, please rename this joomla folder, not its subfolders.

I am creating a template for a new site from the Windows application, but always appears "Error 404 Page not found", I tried to solve as you indicated on a previous occasion without getting a solution. I export the template and load it in Joomla 3.10.9 with the same error, also there are new menus and articles that appear in joomla content that I did´nt create. I don't understand, it seems that a virus entered into themler.
I have been trying to get it to work since last week.

I also found that now themler is no longer compatible with EBWhatsapp Chat.
I hope you can take some time to continue working with Themler, it is a good tool for layout design.

Did you please try to manually set a menu item as Front page in Joomla admin? Then Refresh Content in Themler. This can help.

Finally, I managed to install a new themler on a windows virtual machine, now everything works fine and I created a new template.
For some reason Themler no longer works on the original computer.
But when I import to Joomla the error appear (error.jpg), it is strange because I have made several sites with themler and had no problems.
There are configured a menu and article as start elements (menu.jpg).

I found the problem, the fault in joomla with themler was the php version, it was on 8.0.
I downgraded to php 7.4 and now everything works.

Thanks for letting us know. To fix the issue on the initial computer, please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\joomla.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.io, install it and try to start with Themler for any CMS and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

We are not getting any response in the forum. If you have stopped giving support you should inform us. My Themler is paid until August this year and I expect support until then.
