Hello,

There are several options to work with Themler.
1. Download Themler desktop. It installs own localhost with CMS's.
2. Download default Themler theme and work at it on your localhost with the preferred CMS or hosted website. For this you need to install it in CMS and activate the theme.
Both Themler for Windows and default Themler theme for your CMS can be downloaded from https://themler.io/download

Just log in to use Themler.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Hello,

Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\wordpress.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.io, install it and try to start with Themler for any CMS and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Hello,

Looks like there is some setting on the machine that causes the issue in the process of installing:
"Unable to unzip C:/ProgramData/Themler/cms_data/startup.zip
Fenster kann nicht auf die angegebene Zeilen- und Spaltenanzahl gesetzt werden."

We haven't come accross this issue before. We can assume it to be related either to rights or to memory issues. What we can suggest is to try the second way.
Please consider using default Themler theme or another Themler themein your CMS on localhost or hosted website. The additional bonus will be the ability to deal with the real CMS content separate for each website. For this please choose and download default theme for your CMS on our Download page and follow installation steps in our Docs or a video instruction.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Hello,

I have just checked the fresh installation of Themler desktop for Windows and couldn't reproduce the issue. Looks like there is some local issue. Please try following the suggestions in this topic in the posts above: first about complete reinstallation, then relating checking memory and permissions.

Sincerely,
Nettie
