I am trying to change an image in a slider.

When I select the new image i gives me a Server Error: generator render result is undefined hhtps://generator-de.themler.io/render

It is impossible even to dismiss the error.

Trying to access that url gives this message: {"status":"not initialized"}

Please, How can I fix this?

The problem is somewhere else... Support didn't answer to anyone from 72 hours.

I have not had them reply on a weekend day, and while it would have been great for them to reply to at least let people know they were working on it, but if you read my post above, I currently don't have that much faith in them.

This seems to be a general issue on the server platform of themler. Here in the Netherlands I have the same issues.
The issue is getting worse and still no solution or reaction from Themler.

При любых действиях выдает ошибку сервера. Тех поддержка молчит.

The support responded in another thread that developers are working on the problem. So let's hope it's really just a problem and Themler will continue to work. It's a great tool, I haven't found anything adequate for it yet.

I reported this issue 6 days ago and you took 5 days to show up.

It is clear that you are in a serious problem, and it’s also clear that this is not the best way to handle it.

In any crisis, information is key. Please, tell us what is happening and an estimated time to solve the problem.

We are not only your customers but your partners. We all also have projects and clients to respond to. Give us information so we can handle the situation with our customers.

Hello,

The issue is fixed. Just re-run Themler and re-load the theme.

If the issue is still present, for your website you may need to clear browser cache and re-run the theme.
For Themler desktop, if the issue is still present, please please try this way:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again

Your existing themes will be inside the old Themler directory, you will need to zip-compress and import each of them.

As a rule, the issue shouldn't be present now by default, so please follow the steps above only in case you still see the message with "Server Error
