Dear Themler Team,

after recent events (the long downtime about 2 weeks ago and yet another downtime yesterday), I wonder if it is possible to make Themler being able to save a theme even though connection to the main server is not possible.

On the one hand, it's a big deal being dependant on the server to run if you work with Themler, considering that it happened more frequent lately that Themler is not reachable and you can not make any changes to themes.

On the other hand, what happens if the service instantly stops working? I mean, you have a lot of customers. What do they do if Themler is gone from one day to another? None of the themes can be edited anymore and this is something that I fear after recent events.

Best regards,
Daniel

Hello,

The issue is fixed. Just re-run Themler theme. If the issue persists, please clear browser cache.

Hello Dan,

Yes, thank you, we have considered your thoughts. However it isn't possible to save or export Themler themes fully offline. The latest issues were of different reasons but they are not a rule. Themler themes will work on your websites as any other themes, in any case. We recommend to have Themler desktop as well, as it requires connection to internet not so often as Themler on your website (though it isn't fully offline either), and to create backups from time to time. This is general recommendation, but particularly for Themler this means exporting themes with Themler editor included (also if you make export without it for customer websites).

Sincerely,
Nettie
