Hi

Please can you tell me what your plans are with Themler?
Over time, are you looking to replace it with Nicepage? So should we be looking to switch to Nicepage?

Thank you
kind regards

Eleanor

Unfortunately, probably not...there are already a lot of questions on this topic, because users feel that there is stagnation in the case of Themler. I tried Nicepage when it was down...as a substitute it seems acceptable, however, it has a number of shortcomings and lacks a lot of "goodies" that Themler has. E.g. it is absolutely impossible to work with the ACF plugin, which I use for most website creation. How about support?

I'm most concerned about the page load speeds.

They mentioned a few times that Nicepage is their main focus, for example here is the answear from similar topic (february 2021):

"Nicepage is actively developed and updates are issued often - from one to several times a month. New funcationality is added as well. Themler updates include mostly support for coming CMS versions, Ecommerce plugins' or PHP versions, as well as issue fixes."

I would not expect any major changes is Themler.

I'm most concerned about the page load speeds.

What is a bit "funny" to me is the fact that I tested both products on Joomla 4 and Nicepage was much slower... For me it seems also very limited compared to Themler (although it's more a page builder).

In that case, we probably have no choice but to wait until Nicepage is at least at the same level as Themler. For now it is not, it lacks a lot of great features that Themler has. It's a shame, I don't understand why Themler was "stuck" in this way. Although support assured me that I don't have to worry about Themler ending the project, they don't plan to. However, no responses to our inquiries, no further developments help the speculation much...

As you say, not having answers is worrying.
Page load is so critical now, even potential clients ask about it so what can you say if we are looking to move to nice page?

Hello Everyone,

Themler is different from Nicepage in many points. The best way to get an impression of difference (if you are familiar with Themler as you all are) is to watch Nicepage tutorials and of course to evaluate free version. In some aspects Nicepage is more like Artisteer, but also quite different.
Nicepage is going to add new features and further develop existing ones, however even so it is not going to be "the second Themler". To know exactly it is better to go to nicepage.com.

The same for page speed issues - if there are any, it is better to contact Nicepage support. In general, there shouldn't be such issues without any special reasons.

Sincerely,
Nettie
