Hello,

Could you please specify if it is Themler desktop or Themler on your website? If second, what CMS and PHP versions do you have and what Themler version? What is the error message?

Sincerely,
Nettie

Nettie,

I have the same issue, but I'll bet it has to do with the fact that the project is about 2 years old. I have the site up fine, and I'm using Php 7.4, which is what the site was using when it was last live.
Obviously I'm using Themler within a site.
I stopped trying to use Themler desktop because nothing works in that - even after I downloaded the most recent file.

I can get to everything other than Themler while in Joomla admin. When I get to "Edit Template" (either the template for the site or the default Themler template) I get an error with a lot of code, and the only thing I can make out is something about Php and then the page redirects me to Themler.io

The more I try the faster the page redirects. So either I'm going to have to strip what I can out of the database (which I don't want to do because there will be parts left), or, "figure out" how to access Themler inside the site.
That's where you come in.

There must be a method of renaming or disabling a file or 2 that will allow me to get into Themler so I can update Themler. Until I can do that I'm unable to use Themler.

Hello,

Could you please follow the complete reinstallation procedure in case there are any traces left all the time?

Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\wordpress.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.io, install it and try to start with Themler for any CMS and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie
